Lamont Blakely, President Mr. Blakely is a Senior Program Analyst with over eighteen years corporate experience. He's a proven manager in training and logistics, engineering and acquisitions. He provides subject matter expertise to assist the Navy in the areas of littoral and submarine warfare disciplines. He provides assistance in processes and acquiring the necessary system support packages for the end user.  Mr. Jordan is our resident Scientist/Engineer/Technical Advisor. His academic credentials, technical experience, and combat systems design and acquisition background uniquely qualify him for this role. He has significant experience in all aspects of the DoD Acquisition process ranging from requirements definition, systems engineering to production engineering. Mr. Jordan holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Physics (Engineering Acoustics) as well as Bachelor of Science Degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering. Mr. Jordan is also studying for his Doctorate of Business Administration with concentration in Technology and Innovation Management. Mr. Wezniak is a senior manager with more than fifteen years of acquisition logistics experience. He also has expertise in various aspects of information technology with a high concentration on digital documentation.
